Kevin Yung - Chief Engineer & Development Officer

Kevin Yung is the Chief Engineer and Development Officer of Priority Power. With over 30 years of energy industry experience, Kevin is directly responsible for all phases of the infrastructure development activities. These projects include high voltage transmission, substation, and medium voltage distribution projects, as well as micro-grids with both temporary and prime generation. This is a rapidly growing part of the company.

These include early-stage development (e.g. financial modeling, grid interconnection feasibility studies, technology reviews, budget forecasting), late-stage development (e.g. detailed engineering design, contractual negotiations, utility interconnections, procurement), and construction (e.g. permitting, scheduling, delivery, inspection, commissioning). He is also involved with developing commodity price risk strategies for clients, price structuring, and market analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
