Stefaan is a seasoned energy executive with deep expertise leading complex businesses spanning multiple product lines, regional markets, and active M&A programs. He brings extensive experience serving commercial & industrial, oil and gas, and MUSH segments — the core markets central to Priority Power’s strategy. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at ENGIE, including Managing Director of ENGIE Solutions Americas and President & CEO of ENGIE Generation North America.

Bobak oversees all legal activities for Priority Power, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, and compliance, while counseling the company on corporate strategy. He brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law, and representing private equity funds and public and private companies across complex transactions. Earlier in his career, Bobak served as General Counsel of Enchanted Rock and practiced at Vinson & Elkins LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Houston and New York.

Thais brings extensive experience scaling operations, leading complex transformations, and building high-performing teams across the energy and mobility sectors. Most recently, she served as COO of EV Charging Solutions (EVCS), the largest private EV fast charging network on the U.S. West Coast, where she led all aspects of operations from project origination through customer support. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly eight years as COO at Enchanted Rock and led complex global operations in the offshore oil & gas industry.

Kevin is a seasoned energy sector finance and risk executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning controllership, FP&A, enterprise risk, treasury, and large-scale M&A across renewables, retail power, natural gas, and industrial gas. Most recently, he served as VP, Controller and VP, Head of Risk and Compliance for ENGIE North America, where he was a member of the leadership team since 2019. Earlier in his career, Kevin held senior finance roles at Source Power & Gas, Renewables Biofuels, and Air Liquide US.

Trent is a commercial leader with 24+ years of energy and capital markets experience, leading strategy and business development for Priority Power while providing hands-on expertise to large clients. He joined the firm in 2020 and brings deep expertise across commodity trading, structuring, and structured products. Earlier in his career, he served as Global Head of Commodity Index and Products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading the #1 ranked commodity trading unit, with prior investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.

Jackie is an accomplished executive with a track record of building high-performing cultures through talent programs, executive compensation strategies, leadership coaching, and succession planning. With over 30 years in human resources, she has led HR functions for complex, multi-location corporations and served as CHRO for public companies, private equity-backed firms, and founder-led organizations. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at General Motors, Honeywell, and General Electric.
