Thais Grossi

Thais brings extensive experience in scaling operations, leading complex transformations, and building high-performing teams across the energy and mobility sectors. Most recently, she served as COO of EV Charging Solutions (EVCS), the largest private EV fast charging network on the U.S. West Coast. At EVCS, she led all aspects of operations—ranging from project origination and construction to customer support and HR—implementing strategic changes that enhanced efficiency and performance. Prior to that, Thais spent nearly eight years as COO at Enchanted Rock, where she helped scale the company from a startup into a multi-state enterprise, deploying over 800 MW of microgrids across six states. Earlier in her career, she led complex global operations in the offshore oil & gas industry. Fluent in four languages, Thais holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rio de Janeiro State University and has completed executive education at both Stanford and Harvard.
