Bobak Fatemizadeh is the Chief Legal Officer for Priority Power. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all legal activities for the company, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, and compliance, as well as counseling the company on corporate strategy. Bobak joined the company in December 2024, prior to which he served as General Counsel of Enchanted Rock. Bobak began his career in private practice with Vinson & Elkins LLP and then Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Houston and New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law matters and corporate governance. He has extensive experience representing private equity funds and public and private companies in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings, spin-offs and various other corporate transactions. Bobak received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and History from Boston College.
