We Are Powering Positive Change
In 2022, we officially launched Priority Impact Foundation (Priority Impact), a registered 501(c)(3) organization focused on creating positive value for others and making an impact in our communities. Priority Impact is governed by the Priority Impact Steering Committee, an employee-led committee made up of representatives from every Priority Power office, with our CCO serving as Committee facilitator. This approach empowers our employees to raise awareness about important topics, enhance the communities where we operate, and participate in causes that everyone cares about.

Community Clean-Up
Priority Impact is committed to beautifying public spaces for the benefit of humanity and the world by mobilizing our employee volunteers, their families, and a network of volunteer participants. Through the Foundation’s efforts to end litter and create vibrant green spaces, Priority Impact works to ensure everyone in America lives in a sustainable, healthy, and beautiful community.

While we can never repay those who have served for their extraordinary sacrifices, we can show our gratitude by giving them the crucial assistance they need through partnering with national veterans organizations and foundations providing opportunity and community support.

Powering Life
Mentorship Program
Priority Impact Foundation's - Powering Life Mentorship Program, is a two-day immersive workshop held at Priority Power offices nationwide. During the two-day workshop, students shadow our Leadership Team and subject matter experts. Each day students spend time in experiential workshops where they learn executive communication skills and presentation skills. Students build relationships with other students from throughout the area, get introduced into the Energy industry, and build lifelong relationships with our team and each other.

Combined Arms delivers innovative technology solutions that improve the quality of life for veterans & military families and streamlines the connection between service organizations that can serve their needs.
Genesys Works provides pathways to career success for students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships.
Mighty Oaks provides peer-to-peer resiliency and recovery programs to assist veterans dealing with challenges related to the struggles of daily military life, and combat deployments.
The AdoptA-Beach program keeps beaches clean through annual all-volunteer cleanups, educates about harmful marine debris, and rallies support for state, national and international action to clean coastal waters.
