We Are Powering Positive Change
In 2022, we officially launched Priority Impact Foundation (Priority Impact), a registered 501(c)(3) organization focused on creating positive value for others and making an impact in our communities. Priority Impact is governed by the Priority Impact Steering Committee, an employee-led committee made up of representatives from every Priority Power office, with our CCO serving as Committee facilitator. This approach empowers our employees to raise awareness about important topics, enhance the communities where we operate, and participate in causes that everyone cares about.

Priority Impact is committed to beautifying public spaces for the benefit of humanity and the world by mobilizing our employee volunteers, their families, and a network of volunteer participants. Through the Foundation’s efforts to end litter and create vibrant green spaces, Priority Impact works to ensure everyone in America lives in a sustainable, healthy, and beautiful community.

Priority Impact is committed to empowering our veterans and those who have served our beautiful country. While we can never repay those who have served for their extraordinary sacrifices, we can show our gratitude by giving them the crucial assistance they need through partnering with national veterans organizations and foundations providing opportunity and community support.

Student Mentoring
Priority Impact is committed to investing in the future of the communities in which we live, serve and work through our support of education. We believe that a high-quality education for everyone provides individuals with the resources and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential and positively contribute to society. Powering Life
Mentorship Program
Priority Impact Foundation's - Powering Life Mentorship Program, is a two-day immersive workshop held at Priority Power offices nationwide. During the two-day workshop, students shadow our Leadership Team and subject matter experts. Each day students spend time in experiential workshops where they learn executive communication skills and presentation skills. Students build relationships with other students from throughout the area, get introduced into the Energy industry, and build lifelong relationships with our team and each other.

2nd ANNUAL IMPACT DAY
2023 Impact Day
Priority IMPACT Foundation successfully held its 2nd annual nationwide company philanthropy day, "IMPACT DAY 2023" on July 11th, 2023. Employee volunteers from our Midland, Dallas, Houston, and Chicago offices, as well as remote workers, came together to make a positive difference in their local communities. Employee volunteers sorted clothing donations, spent quality time with underprivileged youth, and participated in clean-up efforts for local parks, beaches, and communities. Priority IMPACT's mission is to be a beacon of hope and a force for positive change, living up to its name by truly making an impact in the lives of those in need.
