Alessandro Spinello - Chief Accounting Officer

Al Spinello is the Chief Accounting Officer of Priority Power.  He brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles. He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young serving clients in Canada and in the United States. He subsequently spent 10 years in the industry focusing on SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, and Controllership roles at small and large public companies in various sectors, including metals and mining, logistics, and retail. Prior to joining Priority Power Management, Al was a consultant with Riveron, a business advisory firm.

As CAO, Al oversees all accounting functions, related technology, and system of internal controls. He also supports Priority’s senior management team with the development of financial strategies and execution of business transactions with a focus on regulatory compliance and best practices. Mr. Spinello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Commerce from the University​ of Catania, Italy, and a Master of Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University. Al is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
