Alex Hanno

Alex Hanno is the Director of Finance of Priority Power. He is responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and treasury functions, and supports investor relations. He also leads all M&A activities, including financial modeling and diligence.

Prior to joining the company, he was Finance Manager of Noramco, a portfolio company of SK Capital. There he was responsible for financial analysis, financial modeling, and supporting business development. He also assisted with the separation of Chemours (NYSE: CC) into a $5.5B independent public company from DuPont, as well as worked for Ernst & Young.

Alex holds an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he earned the UNC Kenan-Flagler Leadership Initiative distinction. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University, where he was on the Dean’s List and played Varsity Tennis earning Big East All-Academic Team honors.
