Andrew Osler

Mr. Osler is a senior advisor in Oaktree’s GFI Energy Group, which executes the Power Opportunities investment strategy. He helps the GFI Energy Group identify and invest in leading companies well positioned to take advantage of attractive growth opportunities in the power, utility, and energy sectors. Mr. Osler currently serves on the boards of Priority Power Management, Universal Plant Services, and Vac-One Services. He has served on numerous boards of GFI Energy portfolio companies including Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives (NASDAQ: IEA), LineSoft, NORESCO, Smart Systems, Ten K Solar, The Kirlin Group, and UtiliQuest. From 2009 to 2020, Mr. Osler served as a managing director in the GFI Energy Group. Mr. Osler has spent his entire career in the energy industry and has worked with the other investment professionals of GFI Energy for most of the past 30 years.
