Brooks Antweil
Brooks Antweil is the Chief Legal Officer for Priority Power. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal and compliance function, as well as counseling the company on corporate governance, corporate strategy and reducing risk. Brooks joined the company in March 2022 after nearly fifteen years in private practice advising energy, technology and real estate companies in capital markets, M&A transactions, governance and SEC compliance. Prior to joining the company, Brooks was a capital markets partner at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Houston, Texas. Brooks began his legal career at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where he was promoted to partner in the corporate transactions group. He specializes in executing complex corporate transactions for growing and mature companies. Brooks received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
