Jacquelyn Wolf, Ph.D.
Jackie is an accomplished executive with a track record of building high-performing cultures through talent programs, executive compensation strategies, leadership coaching, and succession planning. Passionate about driving strategy, she helps teams exceed corporate goals while aligning with business objectives. With over 30 years in human resources, Jackie has led HR functions for complex, multi-location corporations, built HR teams, and managed merger integrations. She founded her own HR consulting firm, serving as interim CHRO for founder-led and private equity-backed companies, and has held CHRO roles in large public organizations. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at General Motors, Honeywell, and General Electric. Jackie holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Youngstown State University, an M.S. in Business Management & Administration from Baker University, and an M.A. and Doctorate in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is certified in Birkman, DISC, DISC 12-Factors, 360 evaluations, and EQ assessments.
