Clinton Roeder

Clinton Roeder serves on the Board of Directors for Priority Power. Mr. Roeder has been a member of the board since 2021. Previously Clinton Roder was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, providing air carriers and airports with a wide range of aircraft, passenger, and security services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of their aircraft, and the comfort of their passengers. Mr. Roeder was also previously the CFO of Nine Energy Service (NYSE: NINE) during the company’s successful IPO. He has held executive roles at Direct Energy (previously LSE: CNA) including serving as Senior Vice President.
