Stefaan Sercu

During his time at ENGIE, Stefaan held several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of ENGIE Solutions Americas, overseeing ENGIE's energy services activities across North America and Brazil. Previously, he served as President & CEO of ENGIE Generation North America, overseeing ENGIE’s power generation activities. He also served as President and CEO of GDF SUEZ Energy Marketing, where he led all market-facing commercial activities for the company’s generation fleet, including portfolio management and trading. In particular, Stefaan has extensive experience leading businesses with significant operational complexity, including multiple product lines, multiple regional markets, large teams, and active M&A programs. He also has direct experience serving the commercial & industrial (“C&I”),oil and gas, and MUSH (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, and Hospitals) segments that are central to Priority Power’s strategy.
