Taylor Sulser

Taylor Sulser is the Chief Strategy Officer of Priority Power, responsible for platform strategy, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, integration, and special projects. During his tenure, he has led the business through multiple M&A transactions and two recapitalizations. Prior to joining Priority Power in 2022, Taylor held roles in Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets and Stifel, where he advised energy and power clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements across the independent power and energy services sectors. He developed deep expertise in structuring and executing complex transactions, working closely with management teams and institutional investors to drive value creation. Earlier in his career, he built a foundation in Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting at BVA Group, as well as Corporate Finance at CenterPoint Energy. Taylor holds a BBA in Corporate Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
