Katherine Tappan - Director - Finance & Investor Relations

Katherine Tappan is the Director of Finance and Investor Relations at Priority Power. She co-led the Company’s recapitalization with Ara Partners in February 2019. She assists in creating and communicating Priority’s strategy and growth initiatives as well as supports M&A and capital raising efforts. Katherine brings over 10 years of relevant experience to Priority Power, with a focus on the power sector. Prior to joining the Company, she was a Vice President in the Investment Banking group at Stephens Inc.  While at Stephens, she raised equity and debt capital and completed M&A transactions in excess of $2 billion in transaction value.  Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from the University of Arkansas, where she was recognized as an Outstanding Student in Finance.
