Priority Power Appoints Stefaan Sercu as Chief Executive Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (March 18, 2026)— Priority Power, a leading and innovative energy management services, procurement and energy infrastructure development firm, today announced that Stefaan Sercu has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He succeeds Brandon Schwertner, who led the company through a period of important growth and strategic development.

Sercu will guide Priority Power through its next phase of expansion, building on the company’s strong foundation and continued focus on delivering innovative energy solutions for its customers.

Sercu recently joined Priority Power’s Board of Directors and brings more than three decades of experience leading and scaling power and energy services businesses across North America. He previously held several senior roles at ENGIE, the global energy company focused on opportunities arising from the energy transition, ultimately serving as President and CEO of ENGIE’s North American generation, marketing and energy services businesses.

The Priority Power Board of Directors believe that Stefaan’s extensive background in energy services, his deep knowledge of power markets like ERCOT and PJM, and his proven success in scaling complex organizations, make him well suited to guide Priority Power through its next phase of development.

“Priority Power is uniquely positioned to expand its reach and product offerings across the U.S. and in high-growth segments to deliver clients sustainable energy solutions that accelerate the clean energy transition,” remarked Stefaan Sercu. “I am excited to partner with Priority Power’s leadership team, Board of Directors and I Squared Capital to expand our company’s business lines and geographic footprint through thoughtful innovation.”

Priority Power’s leadership team will work closely together to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining focus on serving customers and expanding the company’s capabilities.
