Over 300 Priority Power Volunteers Turn Out for 5th Annual IMPACT Day
On Friday, August 14, more than 300 employees and their guests from 10 Priority Power offices and remote locations took part in the 5th Annual IMPACT Day, the company’s nationwide day of service organized by the employee-led Priority Impact Foundation.
It was the largest IMPACT Day in the program’s history, with participation from every Priority Power office.
Demples Kennard, Executive Administrator, Human Resources in Arlington, TX, has supported Priority Impact behind the scenes since its inception in 2022. “Whether it’s preparing materials, coordinating T-shirts, taking photos, or helping wherever needed, it’s a privilege to contribute,” Demples said. “Impact Day is meaningful to me because we give more than a monetary donation – we give our time. I believe in helping others, and I’m proud that Priority continues to make a meaningful impact in our communities and around the world, one person at a time.”
One Mission Across Priority Power Offices
From our Texas locations in Houston, The Woodlands, Midland and Arlington to Chicago, Dublin Ohio, and Wakefield MA, each office chose a partner and a project that reflected the needs of its own community: childhood hunger, youth mentorship, essentials for kids, senior services, and environmental stewardship. Partners included Kids’ Meals, Inc., Feed My Starving Children, Elevate Youth, Cradles to Crayons, Green Columbus, and Senior Life Midland, with volunteer activities varying by location.
These efforts resulted in $30,000 in total donations from the Priority Impact Foundation, further extending our impact on the communities we serve.
Max Stewart, Principal Energy Advisor – Target Markets in Wakefield, MA, participated in his third Impact Day this year and, for the second consecutive year, partnered with Elevate Youth. “As someone with a passion for the outdoors, supporting Elevate Youth’s mission to connect Boston students with nature is incredibly meaningful to me,” Stewart said. “I’m proud to work for a company that recognizes the importance of giving back and supporting the communities where we live and work.”
Five Years of Impact
Since the Foundation’s launch in 2022, Priority Impact has raised more than $450,000 for charitable causes and volunteers have:
- Sorted, packed, and inspected more than 50,000 meals
- Filled 90+ backpacks for back-to-school
- Dedicated 800+ hours to youth mentorship
- Removed 1000+ pounds of waste from parks and communities
- IMPACT Day 2026 added more than 38,000 meals, 70+ hours of youth mentorship, and 200+ pounds of waste removal to that running tally.

Impact Day gives us a chance to step away from the day-to-day, give back to our communities, and come together as one Priority Power. It strengthens connections across our team and reminds us that our impact extends beyond the work we do for our clients.”
Why We Do It
The Priority Impact Foundation is governed by a volunteer committee. That structure is deliberate: it lets the people who live and work in these communities decide which causes the company gets behind. Its work spans 3 areas:
- Beautifying Our World, promoting sustainability, improving public spaces, and providing essential resources to those in need.
- Supporting Our Veterans, partnering with national veterans’ organizations that provide opportunity and community support.
- Educating Our Future, investing in education so individuals can reach their full potential.
