Priority Power Appoints Stefaan Sercu as Chief Executive Officer

He succeeds Brandon Schwertner, who led the company through a period of important growth and strategic development. Sercu recently joined Priority Power’s Board of Directors and brings more than three decades of experience leading and scaling power and energy services businesses across North America. He previously held several senior roles at ENGIE, the global energy company focused on opportunities arising from the energy transition, ultimately serving as President and CEO of ENGIE’s North American generation, marketing and energy services businesses.
